Yesterday I felt like this.
I would like to blame it on my kids but they’re kids and I’m the one that needs to learn how to not sink to their whiny, fighting, sensitive, temperamental level. But sink I do, way down, wanting to throw a tantrum right alongside them.
But today all is still, one boy is sick, which might explain yesterdays troubles.
If anyone out there has any tips or advice on deflecting your kids negative emotions and not projecting them right back around I could really use the input.

P.S. I love my boys. They have awesome qualities and times of pure sweetness. I would just like to handle the “bad days” in a better way. Help is welcomed!
