This is my new favorite meal/treat:
plain yogurt (it’s fairly easy to make your own)
2 tbsp of chia seeds
frozen or fresh berries (I buy frozen over here)
add ground flaxseed if you like
sprinkle with raisins or cocoa nibs
Wait about 10 minutes for the chia seeds to soften
As you can see the recipe is very flexible, you can pretty much add whatever you like to it; nuts, wheat germ, any fruit, etc. I’ve been eating this for breakfast or lunch.
